We recently started care with Home Instead, Edina, for my mother. Alicia, her caregiver, has been wonderful. Alicia is caring, reliable, and very capable. It has meant the world to have someone caring for my mother who I can trust and who my mother looks forward to seeing.
Alecia is an A+ caregiver. She anticipates my needs, always ready to assist me, and furthermore, she need be told only once. She retains and performs the task perfectly. I am privileged to have her care.
Our HomeInstead aide is Kyle. Kyle is the answer to our prayers. Me husband, Dick, has Parkinson’s and I have a bad back. Kyle does what we would expect (like toileting, vacuuming, meal making, etc.) but does so much more. He does Dick’s exercises with him rather than just watching AND he loves helping us with our electronics/computer issues. He seems mature for his age and is always looking for new things he can help us with. Kyle is a life saver, a day brightener, a huge help, and a friend. We couldn’t do this without him.
Home Instead does a great job caring for our loved one with memory impairment. They are patient, friendly, and courteous. Care taker Cecily even drove through a blizzard to ensure our loved one was safe and cared for.
We feel fortunate Home Instead was recommended to us for in-home care. Gina provides excellent care for my partner Mike. She is prompt, reliable, patient, kind and consistent. Best of all Mike really enjoys having her in our home. So fortunate our first in-home care experience has worked out so well!
