I felt I was taken advantage of because I am going through the worst time in my life. I needed someone to watch my Mother who is on hospice. I came home and they were watching Netflix, my Mother does NOT use profanity, so when she was hearing the F bombs going off I realized I made a HUGE MISTAKE. I told them do whatever DO NOT COME BACK EVER!!!!!! They charged me this ridiculous amount of money because I wouldn't allow them in my home. If you are reading this, I am praying for you!

I worked with Home Instead in a client care/management capacity and had a genuine passion for the clients and caregivers I supported.
