The administrative team (David and Cassandra) go above and beyond to make things work for their clients. They found caregivers for us within 24 hours - amazing! Home Instead offers fantastic services, attention to detail, and an overall sense of caring about a clients wellbeing. We used them for care for my elderly father who has complex needs. David did a great job of finding the right caregivers and making sure that my father always had coverage from trustworthy, punctual, and kind caregivers. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
When my elderly father fractured his pelvis I flew in to manage his care. We quickly realized that the rehab facility was crushing his spirits. When I mentioned home care to the facility staff, even they said patients tend to recover more quickly at home. What we didn’t appreciate was just how difficult it can be to care for an elderly person who can’t walk. They provided us with a list of home health care providers that I cross checked with yelp.
