What Home Instead Mabank does is a hard job! I so appreciate the time and compassion that everyone has provided to my Mom. From the direct caregivers to the owners, they have shown patience and such kindness to a my feisty, elderly mom. The quick turnaround on helping to get care was a saving grace. I had Home Instead caregivers 24/7 with my mom, who suffered from Alzheimer's. Every caregiver that tended to my mother was very friendly and caring. I never had to worry about not having a shift covered. If someone called in, the office would cover the shift immediately. That provided my family and me great comfort knowing that our mom's routine would not be interrupted, which is so very important with Alzheimer's patients.
