We deal with no call, no show caregivers from here on a weekly basis. If you're ok with having your entire life disrupted even more while trying to care for a loved one then Home Instead might be the company for you. I also leave messages with employees to have someone with any power in the company contact me and they never get back to me.
Mindy is the best! Getting proper care and the right care at the right price is scary. There is a lot to understand and lot to make sure loved ones are helped in this stage of their lives.
