Home Instead has been taking care of a family member who resides in LifeCare of Raynham for over 2 years. He is 97 years old, in hospice, and failing. Home Instead provides 10 hours of service a day at LifeCare mostly as a companion and to assist as needed. Caregivers Carolyn, Joanne, and Helen are amazing. Home Instead is always there. If someone is sick, they send a replacement. It has been a lifeline for my family.
Home Instead caregivers take care of my elderly grandfather. All the caregivers are very nice and attentive. They truly care about my grandfather and want to make sure he's comfortable and well taken care of. If my family calls the office with questions or anything everyone is great on the phone. My family is very happy with the care my grandfather receives.
I have had the pleasure of working with Home Instead, and I highly recommend them. The caregivers they provide for my father are incredibly caring, compassionate, kind and patient. Home Instead provides exceptional care, and I'm grateful for the positive impact they've had.
I can’t say enough about Janice and her amazing staff! She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. The caregivers are warm, kind, on time and responsive. Always very professional and it brings such a relief knowing they are there with my mom.
