This was the second care giving company hired for me by the VA. The first company's care giver claimed that she is so fast, that she works 3 hour shifts in one hour and then leaves. I refuse to be a part of defrauding anyone. Thus Home Instead was hired by the VA next. This company's management acted like they wanted to be my friend. They wanted me to feel free to call management and chat about anything and any issues whatsoever. Home Instead management has steadily worked efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our loved ones at home from inception and onward. Our aides are hard-working, conscientious, compassionate -and cooperative-always exceeding expectations to be safe and supportive.
The company actually has a heart and soul, which is hard to find.
Home Instead did exactly what we needed—their care allowed my mom to recover at home. The care was excellent and they helped us slowly transition back to full independence. I would 100% recommend them.
Home Instead has been an amazing and helpful resource for my elderly father (age 100). The team of personal aides, business office support and help coordinators have been extremely helpful. They have provided wonderful daily care for my dad and have helped find transportation to events like doctor visits, my daughter’s wedding and even a grave side ceremony.
