We had a very positive experience with Kris as one of my father’s overnight caregivers through Home Instead. She was caring, calm, and attentive, and she treated my dad with genuine warmth and compassion. Her support made a difficult time more manageable for our family and reassured us when we needed it most. We are truly thankful for her care and would confidently use Home Instead again.
We are incredibly grateful for Mercy, who cared for my dad during the final weeks of his life. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive, and she treated my father with genuine compassion and dignity. Having Mercy there overnight gave our family great peace of mind and allowed us to focus on daytime care and managing the rest of our lives during a difficult time. Her presence truly meant a lot to us. We highly recommend Home Instead and would gladly use their services again.
My mother has care givers from Home Instead three days a week. At first she didn't think it was necessary but has since changed her mind. She loves her time with Marilyn on Wednesdays. They really get along well. The family wanted to have mom stay in her own home as long as she is able. It is a blessing to the family to have this time for our mother to know that she is well taken care of and safe.
When husband Marshall returned from Hospital and Transitional Care, our son and daughters set us up with Home Instead and we are so happy with the care and service...efficient, well trained and friendly. I would especially like to recognize Sarah and Anya who consistently came on scheduled days and were outstanding and understanding of me too. I would like to give a big pat on the back to Barbara Shaw , our caregiver, who has often gone the extra mile to help my wife. Barb brings us much joy and is pure sunshine when she walks in the door. We are so lucky she is the one helping us!
