Kel and the team at Home Instead have been a godsend! My mom had a stroke last summer and when she came home from rehab, I needed to find care throughout the week because I have a full-time job. The team here has been a pleasure to work with. They genuinely care about their clients and consistently go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and well cared for. Their professionalism, reliability, and warmth really make them stand out. It’s not often you find a group so dedicated, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.
If you or a loved one are needing a little extra help with your day to day needs or need more of a hands on approach. I recommend you contact Home Instead, Kel Kenney and the team were responsive and truly compassionate towards the requested needs. My mother had a knee replacement and needed additional support with the post-surgery recovery. The caregivers responded with compassionate care and helped her get back to her independence. I highly recommend this option for supportive care.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL here is why!! Honestly not happy with this company at all, they will not call to let you know that not a single person is coming. Then when you call them they give you the run around. Send untrained, incompetent workers out, ( not all some are absolutely amazing.) office wont fix this issue AT ALL we feel lied to we were upfront about the level of care out parent needed promised they had the workers for it, we’ve had more issues than help. I don’t recommend this company AT ALL
All the caregivers of this company were very kind very professional. They were CNA. Certified they treated the patient very nicely and kindly. The night nurses kept an eye on the patient and were alert and the minute they saw the patient needing help they would jump up and take care of them. They were all very clean. They took care of the cleanliness of the patient as they bathed him professionally and washed his sheets and clothes as necessary.
