Transitioning a parent to at home care can be challenging. I am grateful we found Home Instead. We teamed up with a great group who was professional, caring and reliable. In the beginning it was primarily companionship and assistance with daily activities. Eventually making sure my parent didn't fall and so much more. You can't help but develop a bond with the caregivers; what they do is so special. Thank you Kel and Mechelle, it was a relief knowing you could get me the help I needed. Honestly, you were a phone call away.

Kel and the team at Home Instead have been a godsend! My mom had a stroke last summer and when she came home from rehab, I needed to find care throughout the week because I have a full-time job. I called several caregiving agencies, but Home Instead was the winner. During the home visit, Kel answered all questions I had and really put me at ease with making the decision of putting my mom in their care. Now to the caregiving. If you or a loved one are needing a little extra help with your day to day needs or need more of a hands on approach. I recommend you contact Home Instead, Kel Kenney and the team were responsive and truly compassionate towards the requested needs. My mother had a knee replacement and needed additional support with the post-surgery recovery. The caregivers responded with compassionate care and helped her get back to her independence. I highly recommend this option for supportive care.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL here is why!! Honestly not happy with this company at all, they will not call to let you know that not a single person is coming. Then when you call them they give you the run around. Send untrained, incompetent workers out, ( not all some are absolutely amazing.) office wont fix this issue AT ALL we feel lied to we were upfront about the level of care out parent needed promised they had the workers for it, we’ve had more issues than help. I don’t recommend this company AT ALL
