I’m so happy we found Home Instead for at home care services. They were exactly what we needed when we needed assistance the most. I suffered multiple fractures in my left knee and had to have replacement surgery. But surgery needed to wait a bit so I could recover and regain some strength before the procedure. After working with a previous agency that failed to communicate daily care services and continuity of care, this agency, has been so transparent and professional. Both Eden and Christy are compassionate with exceptional with care details for my mom. My mom and I are both more relaxed with Home Instead's Care.
Home Instead was a trusted partner in supporting patients and families as they navigated the end of life. Christy was someone I could count on to get care in place quickly and make sure it was a good fit for all involved.
Home Instead has allowed my mom to maintain her independence once mobility was becoming an issue. Caregivers are vetted and introduced prior to working with your loved one. They are hardworking, kind & thoughtful people. My mom has received excellent care & has built friendships with the women who help her. The admin staff are great communicators, sending update’s and details around schedule changes etc. Highly recommend.
