We are so grateful to Home Instead for the wonderful experience with Reham over the weekend of June 20-21st. Professionalism and trust are essential in the home care industry, and unfortunately, I found neither during my interview here. The owner was aggressive, unprofessional, and openly hostile. The environment was notably cold and insecure, with the owner choosing to focus on accusations rather than a productive interview. If you are looking for a supportive or stable workplace or company in general , I would suggest looking elsewhere
My family had a wonderful experience with Home Instead of Ocean County! From the beginning, they were transparent about how everything works, what to expect, etc. - even how the pricing/billing works - which made us feel much more comfortable and confident moving forward. I needed someone to stay with my elderly aunt 24/7 for a couple of weeks due to frequent falls after a recent hospitalization. Davina understood our situation and on short notice was able to provide staff around the clock. My aunt was very resistant to this idea and didn’t want them there watching over her in the beginning. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and teamwork by the staff at Home Instead. My family member had a full-time 24 hour live -in aide. Everyone at Home Instead bent-over backwards to help our family and respond to our needs. We highly recommend this home health company.
