Home instead provided care for my dying stepfather. The manager Peg was very organized and kind in her approach, we had challenges with billing, where inappropriate amounts were added onto bills as well as a 3% surcharge for credit card when I was paying by check. Monitor your bill closely! 555555!!! The aide from Home Instead was a life saver to me. She did such an awesome job with my dad who had severe dementia. My dad even called her an extraordinary person and always enjoyed her visits! She showed not only great compassion but also wisdom in dealing with his different moods. My overall experience with Home Instead was quite positive.
I recently re-painted an office here for Matt. He was very accommodating and took the time to show me around the whole facility. Really appreciated how organized and welcoming it was, I would recommend to anyone in need of their services!
