I cannot say enough great things about Kevin and the team he has assembled at Home Instead. He has been more than accomodating, flexible, insightful, and hugely understanding. Every single support person that was deployed to support my mother in White Rock has been 1. a great human 2. empathetic 3. helpful. I would not hesitate to use Kevin and the team at Home Instead again. A class act.
I recently needed short term help and reached out to Home Instead. They were absolutely incredible. Right from the needs assessment, to matching the right care giver to me, then meeting her has been such a helpful and satisfying experience.
