Home Instead was truly an exceptional service. They accommodated me quickly and came back to me with information about my mums needs and care. Going the extra mile and staying with her when she was taken to hospital urgently. The girls took extra care and even visited my mum while in hospital. Excellent and professional service! Great management and truly dedicated caregivers. Every caregiver who came to look after my aunt was kind, compassionate and very sweet with her.
Right from the first phone call I felt heard and supported when looking for care for my 87 yo mother. After a few calls and an interview Kevin and Simone matched me with the perfect Caregiver, Claudia. She brought care, love, laughter and stories into my mother's life. I trust her like she was a sister. My mother fell and was placed in care but the support and guidance that I received from Kevin in the office went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I 100% recommend Home Instead White Rock for your loved one.
