Schedulers are very conscientious about both providing the clients with care as planned, and responding to scheduling needs of the aides. That has been my experience, working for HI for two years. Case managers and Nurse Monica seem very on top of their games, as well.
I’ve been with Home Instead for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience. The team is supportive and understanding and I always feel appreciated. It means a lot to work for a company that truly cares about their seniors and their caregivers.
Home Instead was a tremendous help during the last few weeks of my wife's illness. Janette, Dawn and Gail were wonderful with her and Home Instead was easy to work with, flexible, professional and compassionate. I hope I never need this kind of assistance again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Home Instead again. Thank you
