Home Instead was a true blessing in helping me take care of my 92 year old grandfather who was afflicted with dementia. Even when he was being difficult to manage, their caregivers were so patient and understanding of his many needs. They were especially a huge help with incontinence care, and having someone trustworthy to leave him with so I could leave the house was amazing. I have an 87 yo father with advanced dementia. The patience, positivity, and companionship Home Instead caregivers have provided has been immeasurably helpful to our family. Family caregivers can suffer greatly by neglecting their own health in their devotion to loved ones in failing health. Home Instead has provided that invaluable respite to my mother and all our family.
My mom absolutely loves the help she has received from Home Instead, especially when she gets Carol. Carol is the most caring, compassionate person my mom has ever had the pleasure of meeting. Carol goes way beyond just helping my mom, she is also a great listener and takes a genuine interest in always making sure that my mom is comfortable. We absolutely love Carol!
