I had a family member being cared for and entrusted with the care and compassion expected when hiring a caretaker for a loved one. The issue was there was no compassion and no care. it was disgusting to be quite honest how this person was treated. I'm sure there are some truly passionate caring people that work here, however I can only say that hoping I am right.
