They came unannounced to my home and fired my caregiver, after harassing her by calling her on our home phone number throughout that day. I just find them personally unprofessional and rude. They even hung up on my elderly father after he called them upset when a caregiver did not show up. The original owner was wonderful I'm was so disappointed in the quality since the new owners took over. I would never recommend Home Instead in Wells, Maine to anyone due to the administration there.
The service Home Instead provides is amazing. Taking such wonderful care of home bound individuals is so important. A person can heal at their own pace in their own home for as long as needed. I’m so glad they came into our lives and gives my husband such wonderful care. Thank you Home Instead.
Home Instead and Rebecca were wonderful to have to help to take care of our mother in her home. We highly recommend Home Instead!
Over the last few months we've had the pleasure of welcoming Laurie and Janice into our home to care for our parents. They are diligent, respectful, caring and work with incredible grace. While they perform necessary duties they always seem to go above to brighten every day for our parents. We can't say enough about Home Instead.
