My mom and dad receive services from Home Instead and have been able to maintain their independence because of the excellent care provided. We, my mom, dad, and myself, cannot express in words how amazing the individuals who provide the services are. Kind, compassionate, caring. Just extraordinary individuals (Julia, Kim, and Donna).
I had worked as a caregiver with Home Instead for a year or so. I can honestly say it is one of the most rewarding and supportive places. Unlike other agencies, the management here actually listened . They were approachable and truly cared about our success in the field. Nichole Johnson is one of the best team leader she matches up caregivers with the patient that have a lot in common if possible and that's not easy if you have any problem she is only a phone call away Day or night fixing the problem ASAP I would highly Recommend her for anyone
