Cass and Cindy have been wonderful to deal with in getting care for my mom. They have been great communicators and have been very flexible. I want to especially thank Alesha who drove my mom to a family wedding and made sure she got home safely.
The staff here is amazing. They work hard and keep me very comfortable. You have to check this company out if you need help at home.
Our family is very happy with the home care provided by Home Instead out of Parma, more specifically by Hanif (Jack). He has been extremely attentive to my father's-in-law needs overall - while also responding immediately and very appropriately when any potential medical issues surfaced.
