Our family received great customer service from Home Instead, Harpreet and Shelley. They were quick to respond and professional making my family feel comfortable and addressing our concerns when we needed care for my grandmother after a fall. The caregivers who care for my grandmother are all amazing, Asmita in particular! She ensures that all her care needs are met well, and helps my grandma with compassion and dignity. I am 82 years old and my wife is 72 years old. I was scheduled for back surgery in March but was constantly being deferred until the evenutal surgery in September.
