We have been using Home Instead from the Stark St office for over two years. This week we had Adrianne as our provider. She was fantastic, she was a great companion and she also cleaned everything each day!! We will be using Home Instead in the very near future. This agency really care for its customers!!
I could say so much after 10 years say they don't have enough people to serve in Oregon City and then ship us off. Then I see them advertising saying come people we can serve you in Oregon City. That should say something to you
Home Instead has been very helpful in my quest to keep my husband, who has dementia, at home. It took a while to find the perfect match of caregivers for a patient who is bed bound and non communicative. In particular, the caregivers Diane and Dana have taught me, the primary caregiver, how to reposition the patient to prevent bed sores, helping him eat, and keep him clean. Working with Home Instead has been an excellent experience! Beverly and Valencia have been a wonder. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism is beyond compare.
