Terrible customer service. Millie is rude, condescending, and not a genuine person. I do not recommend this company. Not treated with respect. Their hourly rates are ridiculous as well!
We want to especially thank Jordan M. for helping us so quickly when we needed it most! He was professional and sensitive to our needs. He personally met with our parents, assessed their needs, and reassured us all Home Instead could create a care plan to keep our loved ones safe with dignity. Kayla the caregiver was kind and helpful and kept our parents safe each night and allowed us to get much needed rest! Thank you so much; you guys were an answer to prayer!
My mother, Katherine, is so well taken care of by Dawn, from Home Instead out of St. Joe, Missouri! We appreciate Dawns' attentiveness and how she is always looking out for my mom! I wish that I could rate her higher than a 5!
