Home instead has been so incredibly helpful. The entire staff is kind and caring even when dealing with someone who is quite difficult. They have been so patient with my mom. Robin, in particular has really helped with sorting things out and just being understanding and kind. I would totally recommend them.
Do yourself and your loved one a favor: don't book this agency. I just want to save other people troubles. This outfit is all ready to go when they sell you their services, but delivery is far from the pitch. They are barely more than a staffing/scheduling agency and they don't really do that well either. "Caregivers" are rarely given any information about the clients, especially "fill in caregivers" which happens a lot here.
