Do yourself and your loved one a favor: don't book this agency. I just want to save other people troubles. This outfit is all ready to go when they sell you their services, but delivery is far from the pitch. They are barely more than a staffing/scheduling agency and they don't really do that well either. "Caregivers" are rarely given any information about the clients, especially "fill in caregivers" which happens a lot here. Always so cheerful and helpful. Everyone strives to answer my questions and concerns and give me so much support to make my caregiving job satisfying and rewarding.
I really enjoyed working for them they were very reasonable. They understood that life can be all over the place and accommodated me without making me feel bad. The office is very helpful and friendly and I met amazing people working with them.
