Home Instead was a God send for my Dad. He loved his caregiver, Milkah. She was extremely efficient and kind to him.
We contacted Home Instead in an Emergency Situation. They immediately got us help for overnight care. It is so hard to find overnight care and they got is the most fabulous person, Enna, she allows me to sleep peacefully at night. She makes Grandmas bed for her exactly the way she wants it done! She takes care and concern with Grandma, she is always dressed to perfection with love! We just LOVE ENNA!
My wife and I have used carepros since September. My wife had a surgery on her arm and needed 24 hour care. Alanna and Karla are absolutely amazing. They even stayed with us during a snow storm to make sure we were okay. They take us to our appointments, grocery shopping and anything we need. They take care of us with the most compassion and kindness. We greatly appreciate them and all they do to make sure we’re comfortable. Cece was on one of our jobs with Geo W Weaver & Son. She was very friendly and helpful with our crew. You could tell she took great care of her clients. We look forward to working with her again if the occasion arises
We have been using the caretakers at Home Instead for over 2 years. My Dad is 80 years old and needs someone to check in on him daily. James H has been his main caretaker and he really goes above and beyond. You can tell he truly cares about my dad and has been great communicating with our family. We are so grateful to have James H as well as Home Instead in general has always been so professional. Crystal is always easy to schedule with and so nice and caring as well!
