My wife and I have used carepros since September. My wife had a surgery on her arm and needed 24 hour care. Alanna and Karla are absolutely amazing. They even stayed with us during a snow storm to make sure we were okay. They take us to our appointments, grocery shopping and anything we need. They take care of us with the most compassion and kindness. We greatly appreciate them and all they do to make sure we’re comfortable. Cece was on one of our jobs with Geo W Weaver & Son. She was very friendly and helpful with our crew. You could tell she took great care of her clients. We look forward to working with her again if the occasion arises
We have been using the caretakers at Home Instead for over 2 years. My Dad is 80 years old and needs someone to check in on him daily. James H has been his main caretaker and he really goes above and beyond. You can tell he truly cares about my dad and has been great communicating with our family. We are so grateful to have James H as well as Home Instead in general has always been so professional. Crystal is always easy to schedule with and so nice and caring as well!
Overall pleased with the care provided. Monica was punctual and consistent every day with my mother’s care.
Home Instead provided amazing care for our family member. All staff members were so nice whatever time of day we called or emailed. We could have not asked for a better daily caregiver than Teresa M!! She was amazing, understanding and caring. She prepped meals, did daily living needs and provided companionship.
