While my parents have been in the care of Home Instead, a couple of the caregivers have really stood out. One of those is Dan T. Dan is caring and thoughtful. He has been a great communicator. I get updates on any changes, and he calls me so my parents can chat with me and tell me how they are doing. Dan has stepped up and offered to work extra hours when needed. Jared is very dependable, friendly and flexible. He has helped me in many ways and I am thankful for his diligence.
We have had a wonderful experience with our caregiver, Doreen! She works hard to make our journey better. She has a positive attitude and comes each day ready to help out. She has a nice way of understanding my husband’s needs and is always considerate and caring.
Home Instead has been wonderful for my mother. Can’t say enough nice things about Hannah and entire team. Hannah is kind and engaging. My mom loves spending time with her.
