I love working as an RN for this agency. The office staff is incredibly organized, and they hold their caregivers to a very high standard of compassion and professionalism. Management actively supports my role in conducting home assessments and creating personalized care plans. It is incredibly rewarding to see how much our non-medical services improve the daily quality of life for our clients and bring peace of mind to their families. This is a top-tier agency that truly cares about both its staff and its clients.
Home Instead has been a tremendous help in assisting my parents and allowing them to stay in an independent living apartment longer.
Home Instead has provided excellent care for my 91 year old mother, and we could not be more pleased with the extremely prompt and professional communication that the company practices. The care givers are compassionate and make my mother feel important - they have all become caring friends. And the 90 day check in by the trained nurse always puts our minds at ease. The nurse is extremely thoughtful, skilled, and truly cares.
I wouldn't recommend this office and the services that they provide. The owners and management put profit above priorities. I worked for them for several years and I put more than 50,000 miles on my car, and received less than $100 in gas cards, when actually they were supposed to be paying me, and all caregivers for all of the driving that we do in-between clients.
