Excellent service has been provided. Always kind, courteous and professional.
The staff caring for my parents are great, however if someone calls in sick- I have to take off work if no one is available. Your organization needs to pay the actual workers more money so that coverage is less spotty. They should make fully half of what you charge your clients, otherwise your overhead is way too high.
We have been clients of Home Instead for a number of years , and continue to be quite pleased with their services. They are professional, dependable, eager to please and genuinely care about their clients. Any concerns are addressed immediately. Recently, we had increased need for services.
