I so wish I had contracted with Home Instead a long time ago! We have had a wonderful experience. My mother-in-law looks forward to her companion coming, and lets her help when bathing, something I have struggled with. Our companion is kind, observant, and just a wonderful person. We could not be happier!

Working for Home Instead Wilmington has been a very rewarding experience! The office staff is supportive and always communicative! They genuinely and deeply care for both clients and caregivers. I am always met with grace for scheduling changes and they are accommodating. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone I know. Seriously, such a fabulous place to work.
My wife and I have been really pleased with Home Instead services. I developed a detached retina and could not drive and my wife was using a walker and couldn't drive. We needed temporary transportation and caretaker help. They came to our home and were outstanding at matching caretakers with our needs/personalities. In particular Sonya was effective in helping us and we enjoyed her company very much. We are at the end of the need for the service. But next time, Home instead will be our first call.
