It was wonderful to work with Home Health Aid, Janice Scott. She was very personable and thorough with my 95 year old father. He always got a smile on his face when she walked through the door. She went above and beyond to make him comfortable.
I have worked with Home Instead to provide in-home care for my 90+ yo mother for the past 4 years. All our caregivers are friendly and competent. Mom began with dear Vera, who was with Mom for almost 4 years. We added Shanavia who takes care of everything without worry for me or Mom. Recently we added Hazel who is so kind-hearted and thoughtful. With Home Instead, scheduling and setting up care plans go smoothly.
I recommend Home Instead highly. We utilized their services for about a year to help care for my 95 year old father-in-law in our home. All the aides were well trained and reliable. They helped him bathe and dress, as well as, prepped meals for him. They were always kind, considerate and patient with him. They engaged with him, taking into account his interests and our requests to keep him mentally and physically active. I so wish I had contracted with Home Instead a long time ago! We have had a wonderful experience. My mother-in-law looks forward to her companion coming, and lets her help when bathing, something I have struggled with. Our companion is kind, observant, and just a wonderful person. We could not be happier!
My experience with Home Instead has been excellent and brings a lot of fun and joy! Luanne does a thorough and great job. She follows the rules and keeps us company and keeps us laughing!
