Unreal on how they treat employees and make them feel over minimum wage. I would not recommend this company if you care about four family members. They don’t pay employees enough to care. Much better caregiving companies in the area. Don’t cheap out with this place.
In addition to providing caring professionals, I appreciate the flexibility of Home Instead as the number of hours required for my father go up and down.
We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care our 90-year-old father receives from Home Instead in Connecticut, particularly from his caregiver, Tina. She is highly professional, always punctual, and an excellent communicator. Tina brilliantly engages and manages our father, while proactively enhancing his day with her positive presence. She has made a significant difference in both his life and ours. We wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead, and Tina specifically.
One year ago life changed drastically for our family. My father had severe dementia and Mom had broken her hip. Mom was Dad's caregiver and although I moved into their home to care for Dad, I had a full time job and needed to work. We had to quickly find another caregiver.
