My parents were in a difficult situation, and Pam was able to coordinate care for my mom in very little time. She was flexible, concerned and caring. She matched us with a wonderful caretaker, Lyia, who was able to understand the intricacies of Alzheimer’s. She was kind and compassionate toward my mother during every visit. At a time when my family was in a serious transition, Home Instead made our lives easier with their professional care.
Home Instead and its team of professionals, Pam, Dee, Ellie and Eliadeh provided family like quality care, empathy and attention to my late husband. Their care was attentive, timely and above all, they understood his detailed and delicate needs. The team was with us for just a few weeks at which time my husband passed away.
