They are very nice intelligent people
It's too bad I can leave a zero stars. My dad is in late-stage Parkinsons and my Mom needed assistance (I live out of state) so we called Home Instead Senior Care. Well from the start of course Rebecca, the client care coordinator, promised the world. Scheduling was critical, I asked if someone calls in sick is there an on-call caregiver. I was told that the entire staff including office staff were all trained caregivers and there would not be a reliability issue.
