They are hard at times to reach, they also have mostly accommodated our needs for hours or service.Some employees were questionable others were fantastic we mostly need help due to health issues.
Where do I start. I had to get 24-hour care for my elderly mother asap because my dad had an accident that placed him in the hospital where he eventually passed away. I was between a rock and a hard spot, so to speak. I live 2 and half hours away and couldn't be with her 24/7. The caregivers shown on the website wearing green shirts and kahaki's is not an accurate example. The caregiver wore regular street clothes.
