The additional professional care my 101-year old mother has received from Home Instead CarePros has made possible for her to remain in her Assisted Care apartment rather than being moved to the Skilled Nursing level of her Senior Care facility which would be disruptive and ill-advised by all who love her. Carmel, Harah, Liberty, and Neva are excellent care-givers and have become dear friends with Mom. Our entire family is pleased to have Home Instead a part of Mom’s team!
Emily, Kim, and the whole Home Instead team were excellent to work with and I'd definitely recommend their services. They took time to understand our needs, spent time with our family to determine how to best support us, and set us up with a caregiver team that was reliable and caring. Great experience overall.
