Everyone has been amazing from Home Instead. Each and every staff member has been courteous, gracious, and kind. Our family has had the BEST care and we have been totally at ease when our Home Instead staff has been with our Mom. Toi is precious with a sweet spirit and we have appreciated her loving care. We hired Home Instead to help us for a wedding. Jeanine and Chris were absolutely fabulous to work with in the planning and paperwork. The aid was Gloria and she was phenomenal. Wonderful company to work for! Company appreciates their employees. Flexibility in schedules, makes it great for single parents, or if you are student in college. They definitely work around your personal schedule. You really can work the hours to fit your needs and be a present at home for your family. They provide paid training sessions as well.Professionalism at its best!
My husband is 85 years old. He has motor and cognitive deficits. We have been fortunate to have Gloria. She is a caring, competent, mature and flexible caregiver. The company sends a nurse to develop the plan of care and she periodically checks back for plan revision. I don’t have fixed hours and they have worked with the challenge of flexed hours.
