Imagine this: You unexpectedly needed a caregiver on a temporary basis. You reach out to a handful of them to compare rates and otherwise decide which one. You ultimately choose one of them over the others. But nearly a year later only one of them still spams you endlessly with calls, voicemails and texts even though you never hired them and haven't answered their last 100 calls. I started the Services with Home Instead last February. I met the client care manager Chona for the first time, she came to my house and quickly assessed me and my home setting. She already knew what i needed since i spoke to her over the phone prior to the visit.
