I started the Services with Home Instead last February. I met the client care manager Chona for the first time, she came to my house and quickly assessed me and my home setting. She already knew what i needed since i spoke to her over the phone prior to the visit. She explained to me the Services that they can provide and she gave me a resource book and further explained everything. She was very pleasant, perceptive and compassionate. My experience with Home Instead has been truly delightful. I reached out for services while transitioning into a new community, and the support I received exceeded my expectations. I am so late and I do apologize. I do hope they staff can get raise in 2026. Apologies to the wonderful staff. My mom had a fall in December 2025. My sister and I had to quickly put a plan in place for our mom. My sister set up interviews with 2 home health care companies. I was really impressed with Jean Bonnette who told me about all of the services Home Instead offered.
