I saw the most beautiful interaction at Leslie Groves Park between a Home Instead Caregiver and her client. She was patient and kind with him; they sat on a bench, talking and watching the river for a long time before continuing on their walk. She never once rushed him or seemed to lose her patience when he repeated himself. She was not aware that I was watching them, and it was just a genuine moment of respect, trust, and love between a senior and his companion. I have appreciated being an employee with home instead so much! There is truly so much passion and love in what we do. I love being out in the field with my clients and feel appreciated and supported by our office staff as well. It's such a great balance.

I was very interested in helping this organization whether it be a volunteer or paid position. After I submitted an application, I was immediately texted and asked to set up an interview. I then received two other text messages confirming the date and time only to have Home Instead "no show" to the interview. I reached out twice to see if something had happened and they needed to reschedule, but I didn't get any response at all. None.
