If I could give it a 0 I would. I worked as a caregiver there for almost 9 months and I recently just got terminated because of having call out mind you two of the callouts where because clients did not want me to be there and that’s what they considered a call out Even though I spent the rest of the day working with other clients. I love working with Home Instead, from my first impression of them, to working with them for awhile.. it’s always been very pleasant. The atmosphere in the office is always great, and welcoming, too! They are professional and they really care about our clients, and us staff too. Plus they have always been so flexible with scheduling which is so amazing!
