We began using Home Instead at the end of August 2025, and they’ve been absolutely wonderful!! The thing that I’m most appreciative of is, not only the fantastic caregivers that they’ve provided to care for my loved one, but also their accessibility and communication with me. I highly recommend them!!
For the short period of time that we required Home Instead’s services, the team was truly outstanding. From Robin in Scheduling, to the owner Jody, and the individual caregivers, everyone went above and beyond. They were attentive to our needs and flexible when things changed unexpectedly. Home Instead took care of my mom, and they were great. They went above and beyond when it came to her care. The aide even went to the hospital with her, and stayed until someone from the family could get there. They offer open and constant communication which is wonderful when we couldn’t be there
I love Home Instead. Jodi, Robin and Sandy are wonderful. They are so understanding and sweet. It's a pleasure to speak with them, they dont rush you off the phone. If I call before they're in the office, they call me back almost immediately. They contact me if an aide is running a bit late. The aides are just as wonderful. They are so kind and sweet. Overall I would recommend this office. Robin and Sandy are always pleasant and do what they can to assist. We only needed about an hour of care in the morning and and hour or less in the evening and this Home Instead office offers care in 2-hour sessions - no other agency could accommodate our limited needs and we will always be grateful. We did have a few times when the caregiver scheduled did not show up but usually Robin or Sandy was able to find a replacement.
