Total bait and switch. Send their best for two days then switch to a new person. You like that one then they switch again. Different person who does not know you or your needs. Horrible set up. If I could give zero stars I would. Caregivers are great but continuity of care is sad. They sell you with promises of continuity of care. It doesn't happen that way. They send whoever they can get. Not sure if these other reviews are authentic as this was not our experience.
We used Home Instead services last year for my husband's first knee replacement and now using them again for his other knee. This is the first day with Ereida helping us and within 2 hours we requested her for the whole two weeks. She is beyond helpful on everything with a great attitude!
Today, Laura saved our bacon today so to speak. Our motorhome broke down in Temecula 3 weeks ago. Today they called to say it had been repaired and ready for pickup otherwise storage fees would be added to our bill. Your client Jill, my lady friend who lost her driving privileges in March could not help me retrieve the rv so Laura stepped in and agreed to drive Jill's car back from Temecula while I drove the rv, a distance of 66 miles. Mission accomplished and we got back home with only minutes left on Laura's shift. Hurray!
Karla has been providing care and companionship to my father for almost 2 years now. She has been a constant in his life as he deals with dementia. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of her and her empathy and compassion that she has for him.
