Aaron and Jabier have been phenomenal with my dad. They provide companionship without making him feel less masculine. Our family is beyond grateful for them. Updated 10/11/25 we used home instead for over a year and the staff, including office staff, became like family. Jennifer has been a true friend during difficult, heart wrenching conversations. We continue to use them occasionally even after we moved our parents to assisted living.
My mom has a really good caregiver, her name is Della she is wonderful. On occasion, Zoe has filled in when Della can't and she is also wonderful. We are very happy and appreciate all their help!
My mom's HC worker is great! Mom feels very comfortable with her. She has helped my mom with her computer AND getting a Calif ID for her. Home Instead has been a good experience.
I have been using Home Instead for a few months now for mom. Symphony was so incredibly helpful when we decided we needed outside care for mom. She made the decision easy to try them out. Cheri is our wonderful caregiver who has been able to acclimate and accommodate mom as needed. It was difficult for mom to have a stranger in her home but after a few weeks things are going smoothly and we are delighted with Cheri. My brother and I recently reached out to Home Instead for help with our Dad. The same day as our call, Symphony, the owner, was at the house to meet with us and discuss our options. She was compassionate and I really liked how she engaged with our Dad and took the time to ask him about his interests. Getting to this stage in life isn't easy, especially for the one needing the care, and she truly made him (and us) feel very comfortable. Her communication and follow up, as well as that of her staff, have been exceptional.
