I wish there were 10 stars to give to this incredible company! My sisters and I, who live out-of-town, had struggled for two years, since my father's passing, to give my elderly, now-widowed mother, the care she deserved. We contacted Chelsey and her team at the Home Instead office in Newport News, and within a day, we had a Care Plan in place so that my mother could safely and happily remain in her own home with a wonderful Care Professional! I am very impressed with the quality of the care my mother is receiving and how Home Instead in Newport News sent a caregiver to start working an overnight shift with her on the same day we had the care consultation meeting and assessment. The caregiver (April) is gentle and very focused on safety. The response is always prompt when I call or email with questions. Hiring Home Instead has allowed my father, brother, and I to get some much-needed rest after caring for my mother during the day.
