To all families considering service with this agency, seek elsewhere!!! This agency is anything but what it advertises itself to be, and disorganization is rampant. We lost our father this year and required services for our grieving mother with Parkinson’s disease. Kelsey is a wonderful caregiver. She helps with household tasks, even before being asked. She drives me to the doctors and physical therapy. And plays a mean game of Fortnite.
Kelsey is a wonderful aide. She is helpful, kind, thoughtful, and is always willing to help. She drives me everywhere and is a great driver. I feel so blessed to have her.
We recently had Lisa from Home Instead care for my father who had cancer. From the moment we met her, she was, kind, professional and friendly. She covered the night shift and my dad felt immediately comfortable with her, which was wonderful.
