Home Instead has been the biggest blessing in my parent's lives and we could not have asked for a better person than Joann. She is a guardian angel. Joann has helped my parents with just about everything in the house, laundry, cleaning, trash, running errands, cooking, some ADLs, and providing meaningful companionship which is irreplaceable. I had contacted Terri at home instead to assist my mom at doctor's appointments. My mother had last stages of dimentia and the caregiver Maureen immediately made a connection with my mother. Although my mom couldn't remember Maureens name she said she made a friend at her doctor's visit. I had asked Terri if I could have Maureen visit on a regular basis and they worked it out for when Maureen was free.
