Rachel and her staff are so compassionate and caring about their clients, whom they consider family. You can't go wrong by allowing them to care for your loved one!
The caretakers I had during the few weeks I used their service were all great. The office workers; not so great. Had a few issues and all I got were excuses. No accountability from Home Instead at all. Instead they told me I was argumentative. Never once apologized for a no show. Never acted like they cared. I highly recommend that the owner initiate some customer service training for the office staff. People who are reaching out for help should be treated with kindness and compassion.

In April 2022, I called about services for my mother who is 98 years of age. I spoke to Bentley and was very impressed with her and was excited to do business with them . Bentley followed up appropriately with a second call and we agreed to reconvene our conversations when mother got out of the hospital and was going home. During a third call, Bentley told me a home visit would be performed and we set the time/date for May 9 and that I would be handled by another staff member "Heather".
