I have had 4 or 5 different caregivers from home instead, and now i have Angel, she is the best! She found a lotion that almost completely healed my legs. I showed it to my dermatologist and she was quite impressed, she even wrote down the brand. Angel is so caring and gentle with assisting me, and so genuine i dont ever feel embarrassed to ask for her help in the shower or with anything. When she helps bathe me, im comfortable enough to converse about anything that comes to mind. im very thankful i found Angel.
I am a nurse and very protective of my mom. This company has been EXTREMELY patient throughout the onboarding process. We are so lucky to have a caregiver that understands the patience needed for the elderly. She accepted the fact that my father was hesitant and provided reassurance every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!
When my mother-in-law needed hip replacement surgery, our family knew we needed help during her recovery. With some tight deadlines, Nick at Home Instead had a provider for us quickly and the match has been perfect! Deb has become a friend and not only a critical part of my mother in law’s recovery but an ongoing help for her around the house even after the surgery. My brother has been under the care of Home Instead since the beginning of this year.
