My communication with Marni was very good. They were so very helpful in finding me someone for 2 hours a day, 2 days a week. My aide’s name was Annie. She was absolutely wonderful!! Kind, caring and helpful. A true delight during a difficult time. I was delighted with Annie, as was my puppy🐶 Ali !
When my mother needed help with tasks of daily living and companionship, Home Instead was recommended and it was the best decision we could have made. We wanted our mom to be able to stay in her home where she was comfortable and her surroundings were familiar. Used Home Instead for caregiver services for my 93-year-old mother. Management was very flexible and responsive to any issues that may have come up and was accommodating when needed. Though many of the caregivers were very good, one stood out beyond the rest. Her name is Barbara and she provided care to mom over the past several months. All of their caregivers are responsive to the needs of the patient, in this case, my mother. Would definitely use them again if needed.
We’ve had a great experience with Home Instead. They worked with us to get the proper care for my grandmother and have been caring, flexible, and reliable. Our caretaker, Susan, has been a gift to our family. She is kind, caring, responsible, reliable and most importantly makes my grandmother feel safe and well cared for. She’s a wonderful companion and grandma loves playing Scrabble with her and enjoys her fantastic cooking. We couldn’t ask for more.
