Home Instead (Huntington) provided home care for our elderly mother for about a year. They were helpful in the set-up process, and provided very good to excellent aides who were reliable and caring. Anna, Sheyla, and Paola were outstanding. Care included mobility assistance, transfers, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and stimulating companionship. I highly recommend the Huntington franchise.

Home Instead has been very professional and attentive to our family’s needs. Everyone who works for the agency is a great listener and genuinely cares about the challenges we and our parents are facing. LaDawn especially has made a great difference in our parents’ lives and they look forward to seeing her each week - like family.

I feel fortunate that i found the right agency for me. Its almost like finding the right job or partner. I have been very lucky with that too. People ask me about Home Instead and how lucky I have been. I believe that if any of my friends or family needed an aide, they would call Home Instead. I have been so happy with the services provided, They all really do care about the clients and families. My caregiver has been wonderful. Thanks for all you do.

The office staff at Home Instead are very responsive and was able to assign hardworking, very reliable aides who are a great match for my mother. I have not needed to call the office very often, but when I do, the staff are very business like and always get back to me if its after hours. My communication with Marni was very good. They were so very helpful in finding me someone for 2 hours a day, 2 days a week. My aide’s name was Annie. She was absolutely wonderful!! Kind, caring and helpful. A true delight during a difficult time. I was delighted with Annie, as was my puppy🐶 Ali !
