My mom was staying in a care facility and had dementia, she was still verbal and somewhat mobile. We decided a companion would give her just a little more variety and provide some interaction other that family. We were very happy with the companion that was assigned to Mom, or possibly very lucky. Mom really liked her companion and would respond to her more so than staff and at times more than family. Chandra came to our home last year and we immediately felt very comfortable with her. She was an excellent fit for our daughter. Her professionalism and compassion showed us our daughter was in good hands.
Wow. Finally, a team of caregivers who care about my Mom as much as i do. These wonderful caregivers we have met so far: Kayla, Gina,Jasmine,Michelle, Suki, Jane. And so many more…. I'm writing this 4 Star Review in regards to meeting Lindsay Miranda, LPN Case Manager, Home Instead, Leduc, Alberta, Canada. Since I had not heard back from someone through the online route, I dropped by today with no appointment. Lindsay was more than happy to put her work aside and meet with me to answer a number of questions and provide a detailed overview of the services offered out of the Leduc office.
