We are so grateful for the wonderful care my mom is receiving from Home Instead. After interviewing different companies and people, what impressed us most was the time and patience Mandi has taken to really get to know our Mom, as a person, not just a client. We could not have asked for better care for my father. Even when he was in the hospital the staff would keep me informed of what was happening. Do not hesitate to hire them. They were a god sent.

Home Instead's Coquitlam office staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. I have them for 24/7 care for a friend, and there are sometimes difficult situations to sort out. The staff have always come up with a most acceptable solution to our needs. I used another company as well, for a while, and found the difference to be quite remarkable.
