We could not have asked for better care for my father. Even when he was in the hospital the staff would keep me informed of what was happening. Do not hesitate to hire them. They were a god sent.
Home Instead's Coquitlam office staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. I have them for 24/7 care for a friend, and there are sometimes difficult situations to sort out. The staff have always come up with a most acceptable solution to our needs. I used another company as well, for a while, and found the difference to be quite remarkable.
HomeInstead caregivers have been caring for my father for over 2 years. Can not say enough about the care he is being provided. Definitely above and beyond. Such a piece of mind knowing he is receiving such great care. Communication from the office is excellent. Thank HI team for all you do for my Dad.
