We would give Home Instead- POCO 10 Stars if we could! They have been caring, compassionate and professional throughout our journey with our parents. First with our dad & mom at home, through to dad’s hospital stay, his passing and then mum’s hospital stay, home stay and even willing to assist now that she has been moved to a Long-term care home. I've been really happy to have someone else to help with my 101 year old friend. She had been very independent until the last few months, and I did not know what to do with her new hearing, paranoia, dementia and related issues. Home Instead answered my call professionally, and got in touch about what my friend needed and started helping within days. We are so grateful for the wonderful care my mom is receiving from Home Instead. After interviewing different companies and people, what impressed us most was the time and patience Mandi has taken to really get to know our Mom, as a person, not just a client. The communication with Mandi and Katie is fantastic. They check in regularly with us and inform us of any concerns or updates. We could not have asked for better care for my father. Even when he was in the hospital the staff would keep me informed of what was happening. Do not hesitate to hire them. They were a god sent.
