The PSW’s were brought in to allow my father-in-law to come home from hospital after a fall. Both PSW’s we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I reached out to Clinic Care Manager, Melissa Terranova in desperation to find some help for my 84 year old mom who was in need of home care following a week spent in the hospital. Melissa was wonderful to deal with over the phone, and made me feel at ease right away. She came to the hospital to meet with my mom and I within 24hrs.
