We have had an extremely positive experience with the support provided by Home Instead Care Pros. They were professional, kind, supportive and friendly. The Home Instead Management team is extremely efficient, responsive and work directly with insurance to provide seamless service.

I'd like to take the time to celebrate great service. Rose and Sarafina, consistently displayed a level of care and consideration that went beyond the contract agreement. In an industry that is often filled with people that have forgotten the value of genuine care and concern for the other person, Rose and Sarafina lead a team of PSWs that enriched our experience with our aging parents. Would recommend- I was able to go away for a few days and felt very confident with the care. Right from the first contact with the company throughout the process Home Instead was caring and considerate and supportive for all questions. They don't notify you when the house cleaner is not coming. The sent a cleaner, I had to pay someone else to clean after she left. I asked them not to send her back. Today, knock on my door and there was the person, I asked them not to send. Today I took pictures when she left. Didn’t clean the ledge around the bathtub. Didn’t clean the grab bars or shower bench in the bathroom, or the wall tiles. The counter not cleaned properly. Faucet not cleaned and outside the toilet bowl not cleaned.
