Best home care services in Cambridge area. We have been using care services for my parents through different companies for past four years. Home Instead is by far the best, caregivers and office staff , both are exceptional. Calls are taken and scheduling concerns discussed and resolved rightaway. My parents are high needs, non verbal clients. It is taken care that they get familiar staff who can speak their language and are aware of their life styles. Awesome service.

I have nothing but good things to say about HomeInstead Care Services of Guelph thank’s to Alzheimer’s who set us up with this wonderful and caring organization.We never had an issue like a PSW not showing up on time no matter the weather.They also sent someone who had so much in common with my husband. I can’t speak highly enough of Home Instead and their staff. The entire experience from the time we had our first consultation, to the process of finding the most compatible caregiver right up to the time we had to cancel the services. The staff was friendly and efficient and were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all our questions and concerns leaving my mom feeling confident in the care she would receive. Each Year, Home Instead supports so many underserved seniors with their "Be a Santa to a Senior" initiative. It is our pleasure to partner with them to collect the items prior to being distributed to Seniors in need. Home Instead gives back to the community, and supports the seniors in Guelph and area through top notch, quality care.
