Home Instead came to our rescue when our father was abruptly discharged from his local hospital to his retirement home, in no condition for a retirement home to cope with him. He was falling frequently having had a major stroke and his hospital stay had coincidentally dried him out from a very serious alcohol problem that was going to require care.
