Home Instead cared for my mom for over a year. They were very professional and we had a consistent caregiver which was wonderful for all of us. Highly recommend them.
My mother needed assistance as changes happened rapidly as she neared end of life. Home Instead came to the rescue and filled in the gaps very quickly. I found the care pros and staff to be professional and very compassionate. I would highly recommend them.
They blame care givers deficits on the client! I would not recommend them at all. If I could give them a zero I would! They do not communicate well with client, do not tell you if your caregiver is not coming.
The Home Instead team is wonderful to work with! Jon and the staff are prompt, helpful, and have a commitment to patient care. It is great to work with teams that are dedicated and that focus on the right things. Keep up the great work Home Instead!
